Sessions

We tutor year round with four sessions: Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring.

In the summer session, we meet on Mondays from 12-1:30pm. There are two 45-minute sessions your child can be tutored for during this time. It is first come-first serve. There is no guarantee your child can be tutored for both sessions, but it is a possibility if we have an opening.

During the rest of the sessions during the school year, we meet on Sundays from 3-4:30pm. Again, your child can be tutored for 45-minute sessions during this time. We do not meet on District 204 school holiday weekends.

New Student Registration Waiver

Team Tutors 204 makes no warranty or guarantee of:

improved academic performance (either in classroom or on tests)
availability of tutors
monitoring students before or after tutoring sessions (Parents/guardians and students are responsible for the students being present and prepared when a tutor becomes available. Parents/guardians are responsible for collecting their student immediately after the tutoring session.)

Team Tutors 204 reserves the right to decline or cease tutoring to any individual who is disruptive, non-cooperative, or otherwise does not meet reasonable behavioral expectations.

This agreement also releases Team Tutors 204 from all liability relating to injury that may occur during and/or related to tutoring sessions. By submitting below, I agree to hold Team Tutors 204 entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are cause by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in tutoring sessions. These include, but are not limited to, falls, cuts, bruises from falls, becoming separated from parents/guardians, etc. I am participating voluntarily and understand such risks. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. Furthermore, parents/guardians are required to remain in the library at all times while their children are being tutored.

By submitting below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Team Tutors 204 for any reason. In return, I will receive free tutoring. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions. I will ask for clarification when needed.
